Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the value of add vessel and merge views of spiral CT volume to reproduce hemorrhagic cerebral vascular disease. MethodsUsing 16 -slice spiral CT volume scan of the head, Volume rendering of the 25 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral vascular disease,image of blood vessel growth and image fusion method,Analysis of the performance of the hemorrhagic cerebral vascular disease CTA image, To evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of hemorrhagic cerebral vascular disease diagnosis and treatment. ResultsMSCTA, 18 aneurysms, 3 AVM, and,2 cerebral CVM were found in 25 patients, The aneurysmal body and neck, parent artery and relationship with adjacent vessels and skulls were displayed clearly and exactly by MSCTA, The position, shape, sources of the feeding artery, branch of the draining vein and stereochemical structure of the nidus of AVM were showed clearly. The sensitivity and specificity for MSCTA of detection of SAH with were 95% and 100%,respectively. ConclusionMSCTA, as a simple, fast, non-invasive, safe and reliable technique of Cerebral Angiography, can take place of DSA on some degree, and be regarded as the first choice on etiological diagnose of superacute SAH.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of Philips 256-slice iCT1024 matrix perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of solitarypulmonary nodules (SPN). Methods A total of 38 patients with SPN underwent perfusion scan, the scaned data was sended toEBW workstation, the images were analysed by pulmonary nodules analysis software to obtain the indexes of blood flow (BF),blood volume (BV), mean through time (MTT), peak height (PH) and ratio of SPN to aortic PH (S/A). The indexes underwentstatistical analysis, and were compared with pathological results. Results The BV, PH and S/A ratio values of malignant andinflammatory nodules were significantly higher than those of benign nodules (P<0.01), while the BV, PH and S/A ratio valuesbetween malignant and inflammatory nodules were no statistically significant (P>0.05). The TDC appeared different formalignant,inflammatory and benign nodules. Conclusion 256-slice iCT1024 matrix perfusion imaging can help to identify thebenign or malignant of SPN.

Abstract:
Objective To test the elderly erectile dysfunction(ED)in patients with brachial artery endothelial function status throuh ultrasonic testi. Methods A total of 44 cases of elderly ED patients admitted to our hospital between 2013.12~2014.9 were taked as test group, and 50 healthy volunteers were takedas control group. Subjects were detected using ultrasound at rest By state, after reactive hyperemia, sublingual brachial artery diameter after sublingual nitroglycerin, calculated the rate of change in three states of the two groups were brachial artery diameter. Results The rate of change in brachial artery diameter two subjects of the inner diameter of the brachial artery comparative basis no significant difference (P>0.05), but the reaction of the study group of patients with congestive induced significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), two groups Evoked again subject sublingual nitroglycerin, two subjects showed brachial artery diameter was no significant difference in the rate of change (P>0.05). Conclusion The brachial artery endothelial function in elderly patients with ED significantly reduced the use of ultrasound to effectively determine vascular endothelial function in patients with early detection of asymptomatic cardiovascular disease, with better clinical value.

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effectiveness of the combination of Biafine and Sanyrene and hirudoid cream on the postirradiation dermatitis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods A total of 80 patients from Nanfang hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and hirudoid group according to the sequence of admission. Patients in two groups were applied hirudoid cream, and the combination of biafine cream and sanyrene before and after radiotherapy, respectively. Results Compared with the hirudoid group,patients of the treatment group had a lower severity and incidence of radiation dermatitis (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Biafine and Sanyrene decreases the severity and incidence of radiation dermatitis more effectively compared with hirudoid cream.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the significance of the minimally invasive treatment of armpit deputy breast after clinical typed. Methods Separate 68 cases (116 sides) of axillary accessory breast into 3 types by 2 factors: (1) fat/gland ratio (2)the relative position of gland. Different type select different surgical minimally invasive treatment, observed surgery and clinical effects. Results There are significant statistical significance between each clinical group in operative time, and no statistical significance in the amount of bleeding, drainage and so on. All cases were primary healing, hidden and tiny scar. Conclusion The operative time get shorten in different minimally invasive surgical procedure after clinical classification. It achieves a minimally invasive and aesthetic effect which is worthy of clinical application.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical curative effect of Brucea javanica joint bolt Baofukang treatment of CINⅠcaused by the infection of high-risk HPV. Methods A total of 60 women diagnosed as CINⅠcombined with high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into 3 groups: Combination group (n = 28), The control group(n = 22). Application of combined brucea ren bao fu Kang Shuan infusions, Simple woman Kang Shuan treatment. Blank control group(n = 10)Do not use any drugs. The response rales of CIN Ⅰand high-risk HPV infection were compared. ResultsCombined treatment group and The control group HPV turn rate respectively 58.2% vs 55.3% , Higher than the blank control group (P < 0.05). For CIN Ⅰ treatment efficiency respectively 61% vs 40.9% ,20% higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with Brucea javanica in the treatment of CINⅠand high-risk HPV infection is a safe and effective method.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo create personalized navigation template and observe the effect of arthroplasty applications. MethodsIn March 2014-November 2014 period,patients of First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, Quanzhou with total hip arthroplasty, according to the intraoperative use the digital navigation templates divided into a experimental group (n = 8) and a control group(n = 7).Intraoperative assessment of operative time, blood loss, postoperative radiographic review comparing.All patients were followed up for 3 months or more. ResultsCompared with the control group, the experimental group patients shorter operative time, less blood loss, but the difference was not statistically . The anastomosis of anteversion and abduction angle of acetabular prosthesis and acetabular hip was much bettber.There was no statistically difference in the two methods in the acetabulum prosthesis selection. Conclusion Application of digital navigation templates can improve the efficiency of total hip replacement surgery, reducing surgical risks, improve the accuracy of prosthesis placement.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with nicardipine on controlled hypotension and stress reaction in patients undergoing otological surgery. MethodsSixty ASA I or 1I patients,scheduled for Tympanoplasty surgery,were randomly allocated into 2 groups (n = 30 each):nicardipine group (group N) and dexmedetomidine+nicardipine group(group DN). A loading dose of dexmedetomidine 1ug/kg was injected intravenously 15 mins before induction of anesthesia, followed by infusion at 0.5 ug/kg/h until 30 mins before the end of operation in group DN. BIS value was maintained at 40-49 during operation.Group N was performed with iv infusion of nicardipine at a rate of 2-3ug/kg/min, MAP was reduced to 60-65 mmHg,then the infusion rate was adjusted to maintain MAP at this level,and nicardipine infusion was stopped while closing the skin. The amount of anesthetics and nicardipine consumed, blood loss,volume of fluid infused during operation and the operation time,emergence time and extubation time were recorded. The levels of serum IL-6, plasma cortisol were detected before the induction of anesthesia(T0), before incision(T1), l h after the beginning of the operation(T2), at the end of the operation(T3). ResultsCompared with group N, the amount of anesthetics and nicardipine consumed was significantly decreased,the emergence time and extubation time were significantly shortened(P < 0.05), and no significant change in the volume of fluid infused and blood loss was found in group DN (P > 0.05). Compared with T0,at T2, T3, serum IL-6 and plasma cortisol increased in group N (P < 0.05). Compared with group N, at T2,T3, serum IL-6 and plasma cortisol decreased in group DN (P < 0.05). ConclusionDexmedetomidine combined with nicardipine not only can improve the efficacy of nicardipine for controlled hypotension, but also can reduce stress reaction when used in patients undergoing otological surgery.

Abstract:
Objective To explain the aberrant methylation of tumor suppressor genes is common hepatocellular carcinoma. MethodsExtracting cryopreservation of hepatocellular carcinoma, paracancerous tissues and normal liver tissues of DNA,using sodium bisulfite has the characteristics of unmethylated cytosine to uracil without changing the methylated cytosine methylation primers were designed and the non methylated primers, and then respectively by PCR reaction. We examined the metastasis suppressor gene p15, SYK, TIMP-3, E-cadherin, RASSAF1 and tumor related genes p53, RB1, WT1, P14, p16 promoter methylation status of the promoter region in 60 liver cancer, para cancer and 6 normal liver tissues. ResultsThefrequency of promoter methylation of ten genes in 60 HCC varied from 8% in P53 to 90% in p14. The average methylated-gene numbers were significantly different between HCC and paired non-tumor tissues (P < 0.05). Conclusion There are multiple gene methylation in HCC exist, and the level of methylation of liver cancer tissue than in noncancerous tissue high.

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with dengue fever complication with liver damage, andthat correlation with platelets and leukocytes. MethodsThe clinical data of 823 patients with dengue fever in our hospital fromSeptembe to november in 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. To analyze the liver damage caused by dengue fever and its correlation with WBC and PLT, the level of alanine amino transferase (ALT), and aspartate amino shift enzyme (AST), total bilirubin (TB) and the count of white blood cell (WBC), platelet (PLT) were detected. ResultsAmong 823 cases dengue fever, 582 cases (70.7%) showed liver damage, 447 cases (54.3%) had high level alanine aminotransferase (ALT), 554 cases (67.3%) had high level aspartate aminotransferase (AST), while only 66 patients (8%) had high level total bilirubin (TB). Among 823 cases dengue fever, 602 cases (74.0%) showed platelets decline, and 596 cases (73.3%) showed leukocytes decline. The incidence of liver damage in children and elderly patients with dengue fever was higher than in the young patients. The ALT and AST levels of of patients with dengue fever in the course of 7-14 days compared in the course within 7 days and 14 days later was higher, the difference was statistically significant. While the TB increased significantly during the course of 7 days, and had no obvious difference compared with the course of 7-14 days and 14 days. There was no significant correlation between the AST, TB and ALT in the serum and PLT and WBC counts in the venous blood changes of the patients with dengue fever during the same period. Conclusion The liver damage of dengue fever patients is one of the multiple and common local manifestations of the multiple system organ damage in the course of dengue fever. And it is related to age and duration of the disease, while it has no correlation with WBC and PLT.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo determine effects of Kangxianling decoction (KXLD) on Extracellular Matrix (ECM) Depodition in 5/6 nephrectomized-induced chronic renal failure mice kidney tissue.MethodsSPF C57BL/6J male mice weighing18-22g, divided into sham group and surgrey group, establish an model of chronic renal failure caused by 5/6 nephrectomized. Two weeks later after surgrey, according to serum creatinine(Scr) level, the mices were divided into model group, KXLD and rapamycin (RAP) group, so Scr level between the surgrey groups was no significant difference(P>0.05). KXLD and RAP were gavaged respectively according to 0.4 g/kg 0.00016 g/kg/day. sham and model group are the same amount of distilled water. After 4 weeks of treatment, Collagen area and mRNA expression of Collagen Type I(Co Ⅰ), Collagen Type Ⅲ (Col Ⅲ), α-smooth muscle actin, (α-SMA)were Observed by immunofluorescence and real-time PCR method.ResultsCompared with sham group, the levels Collagen area and mRNA expression of Co Ⅰ, Co Ⅲ, α-SMA increased significantly in the model group(P < 0.01), Compared with model group, the levels Collagen area and mRNA expression of Co Ⅰ, Col Ⅲ, α-SMA decreased significantly in the KXLD and RAP group (P < 0.01).Compared with KXLD and RAP, there have no different (P>0.05).ConclusionKXLD is able to decreased the level of Collagen area, inhibited mRNAexpression of Co Ⅰ, Col Ⅲ, α-SMAand have the similar effection as RAP.

Preeclampsia is one major cause of maternal and fetus morbidity and mortality in the world, the pathogenesis is stillunclear. MicroRNAs are non-coding small RNA that can regulate the gene expression and participate in many importantbio-functions such as cellular proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Recently, studies demonstrate that microRNAs canbe use as diagnosis biomarkers and treating targets for many diseases. The imbalance of microRNAs in placenta and circulationof PE patients demonstrate that microRNAs may play an important role in pathogenesis of PE. Abstract:
Objective To understand the rankings of independent medical universities during the past seven years in China and the problems. Method On the basis of analyzing the rankings of independent medical universities from 2008 to 2014, it is to compare the differences among the different lists of university rankings, different years and different ranking groups. Results It is found that the number of independent medical university entering into the Top 100 in various rankings is different as well as the rank structure distribution(P < 0.05). The ranked fifth group accounted for the highest proportion (P < 0.05). But the rank structure distribution did not change with time (P > 0.05). Conclusion It needs to change the situation that the rankings of independent medical universities are lower relatively in long-term with improving the connotation development factor.
