摘要: 血红蛋白在人体中承担着着重要作用,是主要担负着运载氧的功能的大分子蛋白质,通过测量其在血液中的浓度可间接反映机体运输氧的能力,同时也是血常规检查中一项用于筛查有无贫血的指标,检测方法分为有创与无创两种。静脉血液检测是临床中获取血红蛋白浓度最常用的方法。目前随着无创脉搏血红蛋白监测仪的问世,通过无创方式可以对血红蛋白进行实时、动态、连续监测,为手术中出血、动静脉同步换血、贫血及输血监测提供一定的参考。因其无创、实时、动态、连续监测的优点,该项技术出现以来引起新生儿科医生的高度重视。现就无创脉搏血红蛋白监测技术在危重新生儿监护中的应用情况、影响因素进行如下综述,从而进一步探讨其在临床中的应用价值。
