Abstract:
Objective To approach the effect of strict disinfection of environment strategy on multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in intensive care unit. Methods The clinical data was collected from the patients in Intensive Care Unit from 2011 to 2013,the period was divided into three groups: A group,B group, and C group, every group was six months, count the incidence of Multi-drug resistant bacteria infection, including Acinetobater baumannii,methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,multidrug-resistent Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli. Count the usage of antibiotic, hospitalization days and mortality in three groups, and Analyse the preventive measures of nosocomial infection in each group. Strict disinfection of environment strategy was used in Cgroup based on A and B group. Results Incidences of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection of three groups have changed significantly,C group decreased significantly, especially in Acinetobater baumannii. The usage of antibiotic, hospitalization days and mortality in C group have decreased significantly. Conclusion Strict disinfection of environment strategy has protective effects on multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in intensive care unit.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the best combination and the diagnosis value of combining risk of malignancy indexes (RMI4), color Doppler ultrasound resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI), and time-averaged maximum velocity (TAMXV) in better discrimination of benign and malignant adnexal masses. Materials and MethodsPreoperative ultrasound examination of one hundred and fifty women (ninety-two tumors were benign and fifty-eight malignant) with ovarian tumors judged by pathological were retrospectively analyzed, including spectral Doppler techniques and measurement of RI, RI, TAMXV. Calculate RMI4 score according to the two-dimensional ultrasonographic characteristics, menopausal status and CA125. The judgment results of single argument and double variables (Each one of RI, RI, TAMXV combined with RMI4 in two ways) were compared with pathological results, then, their sensitivity, false-positive rate, positive predictive value and negative predictive value with regard to malignancy were calculated. ResultsRMI4 had a sensitivity of 91% and a false-positive rate of 22%. The Doppler variable-TAMXV with a sensitivity of 100% had a false-positive rate of 49%. Combining RMI4 with TAMXV (requiring both RMI4 and TAXMV to indicate malignancy for a malignant diagnosis to be made) had a sensitivity of 91% and a false-positive rate of 11%. ConclusionThe combined use of RMI4 score and measurement of TAMXV has a higher accuracy for discrimination of benign and malignant adnexal masses than others.

Abstract:
Objective To study the distribution characteristics of HBV genotypes in Hui,Han patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) and epidemiological data of HBV in Xinjiang. Methods The five serological markers were detected by ELISA,HBV genotyping was performed by genome sequencing method,HBV load were detected by fluorogenic quantitative PCR. Results Type B in 7 cases (7.44%)、type C in 66 cases (70.21%) and type D in 21 cases (22.34%) were genotyped in 94 Hui cases. Type B in 23 cases (23%),type C in 57 cases (57%),type D in 12 cases (12%) and 8 cases of BC type (8%) were genotyped in 100 Han cases. The results showed that HBV genotype in two people were mostly of type C,type D ratio in Hui population was significantly higher than that in Han population. HBV gene load tests showed that there were statistically significant difference among genotype D in Hui patients. Conclusion In Xinjiang the main HBV genot ype were C and D type in Hui patients while B and C type were main genotyoe in Han patients. Genotype C has an absolute advantage in both Hui and Han patients. But composition of genotypein two population had its own characteristics. It showed the ethnic and regional distribution characteristic of HBV genotype in Xinjiang minority area.

Abstract:
Objective To review the recent progress of the artificial tracheal prosthesis in application research of tracheal reconstruction. Methods The domestic and international articles about the artificial tracheal prosthesis were reviewed and summarized. ResultsBecause of various diseases, removal of trachea is too long and cannot be matched directly,so,artificial airway reconstruction has solved the problem very well. Artificial trachea should have basic functions, for example, airtight, elastic pressure resistance, and epithelial lumen, etc. However, the long-term effect of artificial tracheal prosthesis in tracheal reconstruction still remains to be further observation, while the artificial tracheal prosthesis also needs more studies. ConclusionThere are many kinds of artificial trachea and research m ethods, familiar with the research of artificial trachea, can provide ideas for further research in the future.

Abstract:
Disaster medicine is a newly emerged discipline, and the importance of disaster medicine education has been recog- nized by many higher educational institutions. Military medical university students will be key players in future disaster res- cue, therefore it is crucial to design proper training courses for them to obtain disaster medicine knowledge and skills. We sum- marized our previous experiences in disaster medicine education, combining feedbacks from students,so as to provide some information for future references.

Abstract:
Objective To report four cases of heterotopie pregnancy(HP) after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET); analysis the causes, clinical manifestations; and explore diagnosis and treatment measures. Methods The clinical data of 4 young women with HP who underwent IVF-ET were analyzed. Results All the four women were treated with lesionectomy and salpingectomy for sicked tube under laparoscopy. Ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed by postoperative pathologic examination. And now they have normal check-ups after the intrauterine tocolytic therapy. Conclusion The chance of heterotopie pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer due to infertility is rising,we should be alert to its occurrence; avoid misdiagnosis, and improve prognosis.
