  • 摘要: 慢性腹痛在临床上往往给患者带来巨大的折磨,腹部的良性和恶性疾病都能引起慢性腹痛,在治疗这些腹部内脏引起的疼痛方面,腹腔神经丛阻滞可以作为一种有效的治疗和诊断技术。目前,慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌引起的慢性疼痛经过腹腔神经丛阻滞后,明显降低了阿片类药物的副作用,同时也增强了药物的镇痛效果。最早腹腔神经丛阻滞是通过触诊皮肤和骨性解剖标志来确定穿刺点,如今,介入医师可以利用各种影像技术来辅助定位。在这些影像引导技术的选择上,不同的介入医师会依据各自的专长来选择。本文将从腹腔神经丛阻滞的适应证、阻滞技术、阻滞剂这几个方面来论述该技术在慢性腹痛患者中的临床应用现状。
