A Trial about Ultrasound-guided Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Implantation

目的观察并探讨B超引导在腹膜透析置管中的临床应用及价值。 方法选择20例慢性肾功能不全终末期患者,采用B超引导下的腹膜透析置管方法,观察置管后患者腹膜透析导管的漂管情况。 结果20例患者仅有1例发生导管移位,通过功能锻炼后恢复。 结论与传统腹膜透析置管术相比,B超引导定位确认腹膜透析导管末端位置方法能有效减少导管的漂管率,值得基层医院推广应用。 Abstract:Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-guided Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Placement. Methods The patientswith chronic renal failure were underwent ultrasound-guided Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Placement. The rates of cathetermigration 1 year after operation were observed. Results One cases in group were found with catheter migration (5%). Conclusion The Modified Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Placement can effectively reduce the rate of catheter migration, andshould be widely promoted in basic hospitals. -
