摘要: 临床见习是医学生实现理论知识向实践转化的重要阶段,对完成医学生培养目标具有举足轻重的作用。近3年来笔者在我院妇产科临床实习带教中采用案例教学法,将学生设为主导,以案例中的问题为导向,引导和协助医学生将所学理论知识应用于临床实践,有效提高了学生的学习积极性和主观能动性,实现分析问题以及应用理论知识解决临床问题的能力,取得了良好的临床教学效果。
