摘要: 乙型肝炎病毒是一种嗜肝DNA病毒,当病毒侵入机体后,结局可为急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、无症状携带者、也可发展为肝硬化、肝衰竭和肝细胞肝癌。白细胞介素-8作为一种最主要的趋化因子,对中性粒细胞、T淋巴细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞等细胞有趋化作用,在抗病毒和局部炎症反应中起重要作用,与乙型病毒性肝炎的发生、发展、治疗及预后密切相关。本文就白细胞介素-8与乙型肝炎病毒感染的研究进展进行综述。
