Abstract: Molecular imaging is a non-invasive technique for visualization and quantitative analysis of cells or subcells in vivo. At present, molecular imaging is mainly used for early diagnosis, staging, prognosis and personalized treatment of diseases. Ophthalmic tumors are a kind of important ophthalmic diseases which can cause death, blindness and disability. Based on the disease classification, clinical manifestations and treatment status of primary ocular malignant tumors, this paper reviews the research progress of molecular imaging technology in the diagnosis of ophthalmic tumors.
