Advances in MRI research on the brain structure and function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

  • 摘要: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病不仅能够累及肺部也可造成全身的不良反应,而肺外效应又可加重其严重程度,其中脑损害逐渐受到研究者的重视。近年来,神经医学影像技术取得了长足进步,特别是基于体素的形态测量学技术、弥散张量成像技术、磁共振波谱成像技术以及功能磁共振成像技术等,不仅能够无创的对机体的形态及结构进行观察检测,还能够提供其功能代谢等微观方面的变化信息。本文现从磁共振多参数成像技术角度对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者脑结构及功能改变的特点、可能机制及研究现状等方面进行综述,以期磁共振成像技术更广泛成熟的应用于神经科学领域以及中枢神经系统疾病研究,从而为深入学习和研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病理生理学机制、协助临床诊疗和疾病预后转归提供全新的方法和可供参考的重要信息。
