Abstract: China is chronic hepatitis b virus (HBV) infection in high-risk areas, the world is about 400 million chronic hepatitis b virus infection, and there are about 120 million cases in our country, about half is formed through mother-to-child transmission, especially in hepatitis b relatively popular in the region. Associated with hepatitis b virus infection and pregnancy in this paper, several key problems including pregnancy for chronic hepatitis b virus infection, mother-to-child transmission, the influence of the relevant safety data of HBV infection in pregnant women and second liver virus carried, the essay discusses the management of pregnant women. In order to block mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis b virus to provide the reference for further research.
