摘要:
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis, OA)是中、老年人群中的常见病与多发病,发病率随年龄增长而大幅升高。如何更好地防治OA正越来越成为全社会关注的卫生保健问题。但目前骨关节炎的发病机制的不明确,不能有效阻止OA的进展。针对此问题,本文就骨关节炎的治疗靶点及相关的信号通路做一概述。
