Adenovirus and its research progress

摘要: 腺病毒是儿童和成人急性呼吸道、胃肠道及泌尿系等部位感染的常见病原并可造成全世界广泛流行,在免疫功能低下的病人常可引起严重甚至致死性感染,因此对人类的健康造成了极大地威胁。本文针对腺病毒的结构和感染性、致病机制等方面做一综述。Abstract: Adenovirus is a common infectious pathogen of acute respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary tract, and other parts in both children and adults and can cause widespread around the world. It often can cause severe and even fatal infections in immunocompromised patients.Therefore, it causes a great threat to human health. This review will focus on structure, infection and pathogenesis of adenovirus.
