Advances in neural stem cells in vitro methods and influencing factors

摘要: 神经干细胞是指具有分化为神经元、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞的能力,能自我更新并能提供大量脑组织细胞的细胞群。神经干细胞的发现对患有神经系统难治性疾病患者的治疗带来了福音,但体内内源性神经干细胞的数量极少,限制了其在治疗疾病中的应用,所以如何有效提高神经干细胞培养存活率、克隆形成率将是其在临床应用的重要基础和前提。本文就目前对神经干细胞体外培养方法及影响因素的研究进展做如下综述。Abstract: Neural stem cells (NSC) is the population of cells differentiate into neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes ability to self-renew and to be able to provide a large number of brain cells. Found that neural stem cells of the nervous system in patients with refractory disease treatment brings new hope, But the number of endogenous neural stem cells in the body in very little memory, which limits its application in the treatment of diseases, So how to effectively improve the survival rate of neural stem cells, cloning efficiency will be an important foundation and prerequisite for its application. In this paper, the current progress of neural stem cell vitro culture methods and influencing factors do the following overview.
