DNA methylation in schizophrenia susceptibility genes

  • 摘要: 遗传因素和环境因素共同作用于精神分裂症的发生。环境因素介助于表观遗传学机制修饰遗传因素,继而影响疾病的发生和发展。以往的遗传学研究已经发现了多个精神分裂症易感基因,本文将对这些易感基因的DNA甲基化修饰在精神分裂症发生和发展中的作用进行综述。
