Quality of life in long term survivors of childhood cancer

  • 摘要: 肿瘤是儿童时期严重威胁儿童生命健康的重要疾病之一,但随着儿童肿瘤治疗手段的不断完善及发展,儿童肿瘤患者的长期生存率在不断提高,长期生存者的数量也在不断增加。与此同时,肿瘤治疗相关的远期并发症及不良影响越来越受到关注,长期生存者的生存质量也逐渐成为不容忽视的问题。本文主要针对儿童肿瘤的放射性治疗、化学药物治疗、手术治疗、造血干细胞的移植治疗等方式及对长期生存者生存质量管理进行综述,并对治疗前景进行展望。
