Abstract: Tumor is one of the most important diseases that seriously threaten children's health. But with the improvement and development of children's cancer therapy, the rate of long-term survivors was constantly improving. The number of long-term survivors is also increasing. At the same time, the long-term complications and adverse effects related to cancer treatment have attracted more and more attention. The quality of life in long-term survivors has gradually become a problem that can not be ignored. The treatment of cancer mainly includes radiation therapy, chemotherapy, surgical treatment, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, biological therapy and so on. The effect of cancer treatment on survivors is multifaceted. In addition to the impact on physical function, there are also psychological and social impacts. The adverse effects may be gradually revealed with the prolongation of follow-up time. We must pay attention to these adverse effects, consider them comprehensively from all aspect. We should ensure the therapeutic effect, reduce the adverse effects on the body, psychology and society of the survivors as far as possible and improve the quality of life.
