Advances in imaging diagnosis of hepatic angiomyolipoma

  • 摘要: 影像学检查是肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(HAML)诊断与监测的重要手段,多种影像学征象与HAML的组织病理、生物学行为相关,并据此可以指导治疗方案、早期评判疗效和预测预后。近年来采用CT增强、CT三维成像,功能与代谢磁共振成像技术,如动态增强磁共振成像、弥散加权成像、肝脏特异性MRI对比剂、磁敏感、MRA成像等,已成为HAML的影像研究热点。本文就近年来HAML的影像学研究进展作一综述。
