Advances in imaging diagnosis of hepatic angiomyolipoma

摘要: 影像学检查是肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(HAML)诊断与监测的重要手段,多种影像学征象与HAML的组织病理、生物学行为相关,并据此可以指导治疗方案、早期评判疗效和预测预后。近年来采用CT增强、CT三维成像,功能与代谢磁共振成像技术,如动态增强磁共振成像、弥散加权成像、肝脏特异性MRI对比剂、磁敏感、MRA成像等,已成为HAML的影像研究热点。本文就近年来HAML的影像学研究进展作一综述。Abstract: Imaging examination is an important means to diagnose and monitor hepatic angiomyolipoma (HAML). Various imaging signs are related to the histopathology and biological behavior of HAML, which can guide treatment program, early evaluation of curative effect and prognostic prediction. In recent years, the application of CT enhancement, CT three-dimensional imaging and functional and metabolic magnetic resonance imaging technologies, such as dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, diffusion weighted imaging, liver specific MRI contrast agent, magnetic sensitivity, MRA imaging, etc., has become the imaging research focus of HAML. The recent advances in imaging studies of HAML are reviewed in this paper.
