Correlation between NF-kB and IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-8 in expressed prostatic secretion of patients with prostatitis

目的 探讨前列腺炎患者前列腺液NF-kB与IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8的相关性。 方法 2016年1月~2018年1月我院及深圳市第一人民医院泌尿外科收治的210例前列腺炎患者,根据NIH分类标准分为:II型组65例、III-a型组70例、III-b型组75例。选取同期进行健康体检或婚前体检50例作为对照组。比较各组间前列腺液NF-kB、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8水平及美国国立卫生研究院前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),并进行pearson相关性分析和logistic回归分析。 结果 前列腺炎各组前列腺液中NF-kB、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8水平及NIH-CPSI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);前列腺炎II型组NF-kB、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8水平及NIH-CPSI评分高于IIIa型组、IIIb型组(P<0.05);IIIa型组IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8水平高于IIIb型组(P<0.05)。NF-kB、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8与前列腺炎患者NIH-CPSI评分呈正相关(P<0.05),IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8与前列腺炎患者NF-kB呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8及NF-κB均与前列腺炎NIH-CPSI评分有关,是前列腺炎的危险因素。 结论 IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8与NF-κB在前列腺炎的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,可以作为前列腺炎诊断及病理分型的依据。 Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between NF-kB and IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-8 in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) of patients with prostatitis. Methods A total of 210 patients with prostatitis admitted to the department of urinary surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were included. According to the NIH classification criteria, all cases were divided into three groups, namely type II group (n=65), type III-a group (n=70) and type III-b group (n=75). 50 cases underwent health examination or premarital physical examination were selected as control group. The EPS levels of NF-kB, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-8 and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) prostatitis symptom score of these groups were compared. Pearson correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis were performed. Results Compared with the control group, the EPS levels of NF-kB, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-8 and the scores of NIH-CPSI of the prostatitis group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with type III-a group and type III-b group, the EPS levels of NF-kB, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-8 and the scores of NIH-CPSI in type II group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with type III-b group, the EPS levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-8 of type III-a group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis indicated that NF-kB, IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-8 were positively correlated with NIH-CPSI score of prostatitis patients (P<0.05), while IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-8 were positively correlated with NF-kB (PP<0.05).Also, multiple regression analysis showed that NF-kB, IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-8 were all related to the prostatitis NIH-CPSI score, which was a risk factor for prostatitis. Conclusion IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8 and NF-kB play an important role in the occurrence and development of prostatitis, and can be used as the basis for the diagnosis and pathological classification of prostatitis. -
