目的 检测过敏性紫癜患儿白介素18(IL-18)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其组织抑制剂(TIMP-2)的血清水平,并探讨 其与肾脏损害的关系。 方法 过敏性紫癜患儿58例,根据临床尿检结果分为单纯性紫癜组30例和紫癜性肾炎组28例,另设健 康对照组20例;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法,分别检测受研对象IL-18,MMP-2以及TIMP-2的血清水平,并统计分析。 结 果 与对照组相比,单纯性紫癜组IL-18(t=32.23,P<0.01)、MMP-2(t=21.29,P<0.05) 及TIMP-2(t=16.82,P<0.05)均明显增高, 紫癜性肾炎组IL-18(t=91.07,P<0.01)、MMP-2(t=46.04,P<0.01) 及TIMP-2(t=9.27,P<0.05)3项指标检出值增高更加明显;紫 癜性肾炎组的IL-18(t=8.55,P<0.05)、MMP-2(t=10.36,P<0.05)水平均高于单纯性紫癜组,差异有统计学意义;紫癜性肾炎组 与单纯性紫癜组的MMP-2的血清水平差异无统计学意义(t=2.69,P>0.05)。 结论 过敏性紫癜患儿血中有较高的IL-18、 MMP-2及MMP-2表达;IL-18、MMP-2的表达与患儿的肾脏损害相关。
Abstract:
Objective To test serum level of interleukin 18(IL-18), matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2) and its organization inhibitors (TIMP-2) in children with Henoch Schonlcin purpura(HSP), and then discuss the relationship to kidney damage. Methods Fifty-eight cases were divided into pure purpura of 30 cases, merger of renal damage group of 28 cases according to the clinical urine test results, and healthy controls of 20 cases. Serum level of IL-18, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were detected respectively using double antibody enzyme linked sandwich immunoassay method (ELISA). Results The content of 3 items in pure purpura group and merger renal damage group were significantly higher than that in the health control group. The content of IL-18(t=8.55, P<0.05), MMP-2(t=10.36, P<0.05) in merger renal damage group is higher than in the pure purpura group. But there was no significant difference between the pure purpura group and the merger renal damage group comparing the content of TIMP-2(t=2.69, P>0.05). Conclusion The contents of IL-18, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in blood of children with Henoch-Schonlcin purpura are higher. IL-18 and MMP-2 are relationship to the patient’s kidney damage.
