Diagnostic value of MR Image in patients with chronic ankle instability

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨核磁共振成像(MRI)在功能性不稳踝关节损伤中的诊断价值。 方法 随机选择本院收治的踝关节损伤者45例为研究组,选择同期收治的45例患有其他足部疾病(排除踝关节损伤)患者为对照组。对各组患者进行MRI检查,并通过测量轴向踝指数、踝间指数、踝距指数观察患者距骨和腓骨位置。 结果 经MRI检查结果显示,研究组中检出距骨软骨损伤的有16例,软骨骨折伴周围组织水肿的有8例,腓骨肌腱损伤有11例,韧带损伤有7例,跟腱断裂有3例。研究组轴向踝指数(11.15±1.14 vs 7.69±1.88)、踝距指数(88.94±10.21 vs 84.32±10.39)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组踝间指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 MRI检查对关节软组织损伤,尤其是韧带、肌肉、肌腱、软骨等具有较高敏感性。功能性不稳踝关节损伤患者存在距骨内旋现象,但腓骨在踝穴内的位置未发生改变。
