Interventional ultrasound percutaneous balloon occlusion combined with surgical closure complex brachial artery pseudoaneurysm: a case report

  • 摘要: 假性动脉瘤是血液由受损的动脉壁破口向外流出,于周围软组织内形成一个或多个搏动性血肿,是常见的血管损伤并发症。对于维持性血液透析患者血管瘢痕严重,长期反复穿刺增加假性动脉瘤发病风险,早期的诊断和治疗可以减低并发症和不良后果。本文报道1例因透析穿刺所致复杂性肱动脉假性动脉瘤的诊治经过,并结合文献复习,探讨复杂性假性动脉瘤的超声诊断及其治疗思路,早期采取介入超声经皮血管球囊封堵联合外科手术干预可以预防假性动脉瘤进一步发展,提高治愈率,为临床诊疗提供参考。
